A beer that has a dominant malty taste. This beer’s origins in a monk’s recipe are reflected in its heartiness. The Pope of Beers, Conrad Seidl, describes it as: “Almost black with a very slight red tone, a sensational, festive foam and truly extraordinary fragrance that at first summons up visions of greaves lard. The first taste is of mild fullness with an accompanying coffee tone, which becomes more dominant with the aftertaste. There is very little of the sweetness that is frequently to be tasted with doppelbock beer.” The Ayinger Celebrator has been ranked among the best beers of the world by the Chicago Testing Institute several times and has won numerous medals.

Our golden-yellow, alcohol-free wheat beer tastes like a premium wheat beer: tangy, fresh and full-bodied, with hints of cloves and honey as well as a fine yeasty spirit. The unique wheat beer taste is achieved by a method developed in collaboration with the Technical University of Munich-Weihenstephan: the top fermentation is not interrupted and the beer has time to mature, only after the maturation the alcohol is carefully withdrawn. It is a first-class thirst quencher after sports or a good companion to light summer dishes, sweet and sour dishes, or fruit sorbets. Averbode is een blond abdijbier dat gedryhopped is en met nagisting op fles.Het heeft een goudgele kleur met een fijne schuimkraag. Met geurige aroma's van bloemen, groene appels, zoetigheid en hop. Door de vier soorten hop komt er een hoppige smaak naar voren. Het palet is volmondig, moutzoetig en met een aangenaam hopkarakter. De afdronk is fris, vol en bitter.

Strong, Blond, Belgian. 8.5% Vol. CORNET is a blond Belgian beer with a unique taste: powerful yet soft, thanks to the addition of oak wood chips during the brewing process.

The allusion to pink elephants and the choice of names is not due to chance. With a particular character, the unique taste results from triple fermentation and the use of three different yeast strains. Sweet, biscuit malt backbone, supported by pleasant warmth and spice, finishes well rounded, floral, and dry. Color and Sight: Pale blond, the fine and regular sparkle creates a nice, stable foam head. Scent: Slightly malty, heavy touch of alcohol, spicy. Taste: A good shot of alcohol ignites in the mouth, as it were, which really warms the tongue and palate. The taste is also characterized by its roundness. The finish is strong, long and dry bitter.

OMER. Traditional Blond is the result of 130 years of brewing tradition. Since 1892 the brewers are named Omer from father to son, now already for five generations. Top-fermented beer, refermented in the bottle. Characterised with a fine fruity aroma and a subtle bitterness

Dark, top-fermented abbey beer, brewed with three varieties of malt and two breeds of hops. This beer, fermented in the bottle, has a fruity, biscuity flavour with touches of caramel. Elected Best Recognised Flemish Dark Abbey Beer and winner of the bronze medal at the Brussels Beer Challenge.

Corsendonk Pater Dubbel is a soft and top-fermented dark beer, refermented and aged in bottle to a lively sparkling beer with rich foam. This beer has caramelized malt on the nose with hints of ripe fruit. Mild on the palate with wellbalanced bitterness, hints of fruit, toasted bread, liquorice, coffee and caramel.

De Gouverneur Dubbel is een ongefilterd fluweelzacht en bitterzoet bier met karakter. Het gebruik van Tettnangerhop en gebrande karamelkleurige mout zorgt voor een diepe robijnrode kleur en unieke volle smaak. Gebrouwen met traditionele lange lagering, zorgvuldig geselecteerde natuurlijke ingrediënten en kristalzuiver water uit eigen bron.

Northern IPA - Azacca, Aurora, Centennial, El Dorado

Deze NEIPA is gebrouwen in samenwerking met FWD, het hopinnovatieprogramma van Yakima Chief Hops & Yakima Chief Ranches. Wij zijn de enige brouwerij in de Benelux die deelneemt aan deze exclusieve trial! Dit bier is gebrouwen met de hopsoort HBC1183.

Gouden Carolus Hopsinjoor completes the taste pallet of our Carolus beers. “Hopsinjoor” derived from “Opsinjoor”, the typical character of Mechelen and also because of the use of 5 different kinds of hops. These hops are fractioned at a different time during the cooking process in order to conserve a maximum of aroma. Concerning the taste, the Ale has a gentle taste with a slightly bitter finish. Gouden Carolus Hopsinjoor was launched in 2008 on the Zythos Beer Festival and hit the mark: the visitors elected it as best beer, bringing Het Anker “The Consumer’s trophy Zythos Beer Festival 2008”. The beer is bottled unfiltered in order to preserve the bitterness of the hop as much as possible.

Fo shizzle, onze eerste west coast IPA (HOPSTER) doet het al jaren goed, maar zelfs de grootste klassieker verdient af en toe een remix. Voor de HOP DOGG hebben we de hopkist omgegooid en gekozen voor Chinook en Mosaic, lekker droog gehopt tot ie helemaal klaarstaat voor de aftrap. Helder, bitter, en met net dat tikkeltje meer swagger. Drop it like it's hop. Proost!

The second official collaboration between Kundmüller and Fat Head's. This West Coast IPA was brewed with Simcoe, Warrior, Centennial, Mosaic, Equinox, Citra and Chinook hops - classic and caramel malts.

A strong and gluten-free IPA. This variant has been made with mosaic hops and has a pronounced mix of piney, tropical and citrussy hoppy aroma's.

This modern IPA uses a blend of simcoe, amarillo, and citra hops. It is a bit hazy, but not like a New England IPA that is totally opaque. Rather than trying to make the richest flavor on the planet, it has a good balance between drinkability and juicy flavor, in line with all your favorite current IPAs.

Every surfer starts out as a kook. We’ve all been there. Golden, bright, dry and built around a clean, assertive bitterness. A West Coast IPA with massive hop aroma and dangerously easy drinkability. A base of Extra Pale, Dextrin and Crystal malts with flaked rice keeps the body light and the finish crisp. Mosaic and Idaho 7 lay the foundation in the whirlpool, while HBC 522, HBC 638 and Simcoe Cryo take over in the dry hop, layering notes of tangerine zest, fresh pine and resin. Jopen Northsea IPA is an IPA (India Pale Ale) or, in old Dutch, a ‘Duraebel Scheepsbier’. These beers were extra strongly brewed and extra hopped so that they could be taken along on the long sea voyages to the Dutch East Indies (current-day Indonesia). Nowadays this type of beer is making a comeback because American brewers have breathed new life into this brewing style. This hoppy amber beer is named after the lake between the towns of Spaarndam and Haarlem, the Mooie Nel (literally: Beautiful Nel). The beer has received an extra hop addition to the tank after fermentation to give it a clear hop character. Silver medal winner Brussels beer Challenge 2014.

Contemporary style IPA with an Irish twist, combining the balance of European IPAs with the generous dry hopping of APAs, this beer is everything an IPA should be and more. Zesty and refreshingly bitter the finish is long. With a copper tone body and topped with a lightly carbonated head, the dry hopping brings an intense aroma and lasting array of fruit and floral notes.

The Bar Mates series is a line of beers made in collaboration with some of our favorite bars in the Netherlands. With these beers we thank them for supporting the craft beer community. In this edition we treamed up with Amsterdam's Bier-Proeflokaal In De Wildeman. Together we have created a lightly smoked Schwartsbier with a crisp finish and earthy notes from German Noble Hops. The Greatest Hop Minds in Haarlem came together to (re)create the caramel-toasted malt sweetness and deep copper color of our all-time favorite steam beer.

Betty Ford bier is vernoemd naar Betty Ford, de voormalige First Lady van de Verenigde Staten, en draagt daarmee een historische en culturele verwijzing naar de Betty Ford Clinic. Het bier zelf is een eerbetoon maar verwijst vooral als gimmick naar het lage alcoholgehalte in het Wilderen portfolio.

A brown ale to beat them all. Rich, toasted malts & a variety of aromatic hops to ensure a full-flavored, complex ale. - To Øl Brokilde - Utilising local resources from our beautiful Danish countryside to produce fresh, delicious craft ales. Brewed and bottled at our brewery in To Øl City, Svinninge, Denmark.

Color and Sight: Dark Chocolate Brown with a compact foam, white-yellow, stable and creamy. Odor Touches of caramel, mocca and chocolate. Spices such as licorice and coriander are also present. Taste: Initially a very pleasant sensation in the mouth of alcohol and softness. It is followed by a growing bitterness, which comes partly from hops, but also from roasted malt and chocolate malt. Towards the end, pleasant balance between bitter, sour and sweet notes.

Gouden Carolus Ambrio is aromatically brewed according to the ancient recipe of the Mechelschen Bruynen. Ambrio is an 'amber' ale brewed with 'brio'. This white beer of high fermentation finds its origin in the traditional beer of the city of Mechelen. As each city had its own typical beer, the Mechelenians drunk their amber beer: "Mechelschen Bruynen" for hundreds of years. Our brewery is the only brewery that still brews this type of beer. According to the tradition the basic recipe of this beer dates from 1421 and is therefore the oldest beer from the brewery. The current version is slightly heavier than the original and finer hopped. The balance between the different malts, the fine hops and typical aromas with herbs ensure that this beer combines the whole-hearted nature of brown beers with the freshness of blonde beers. This flavored and spicy light brown tasting beer should be served fairly fresh. Refermentation in the bottle.

Gouden Carolus Classic, the ‘Grand Imperial Beer’ from Mechelen, is brewed with dark, very balanced dosed caramel and aromatic malts. This unique beer combines the warmth of wine and the freshness of beer. This makes it very suitable in combination with culinary specialties such as stews, pâtés, ripened or strong cheeses. Elected Worlds’ Best Dark Beer (World Beer Awards 2012).

A full bodied Irish red with a traditional hop flavour to balance a sweet malt finish

NB: The bottles currently in stores saying "Palm Retro" are also this entry. The beer is the same, it's just the labels that are in retro style. PALM Ale has long been one of Europe’s top-selling specialty beers. Made with English hops, French Barley, and Belgian yeast, PALM represents the best of European beer-making traditions. It’s the roasted Champagne Malt which gives PALM its amber color, but without being heavy. Also available bottle-conditioned as Palm Hergist. Sold as Palm outside of Europe.

This golden copper color ale is brewed, fermented, stored, filtered and bottled before receiving a final addition of brewer’s yeast to create a dry yet not bitter beer. Tempelier then continues to mature in the bottle, which naturally carbonates the beer. Later on, this carbonation creates a brilliant sparkle in the Tempelier glass.

Alfa Krachtig Dort is inspired by the brewing tradition from Dortmund. This beer has a strong hop aroma and an excellent bouquet. We are committed to tradition: Krachtig Dort ages for months to a nicely balanced flavor.

A Northern German (Friesian) Pilsener that is characteristic of the style. It is a little more hoppy than Czech pilseners giving it a more bitter ("herb" in German) flavour.

The flagship of the O’Hara’s brand, this uniquely Irish stout brings one back to how Irish stouts used to taste. First brewed in 1999, it has since been awarded prestigious honours for its quality and authenticity. O’Hara’s Irish Stout has a robust roast flavour complemented by a full-bodied and smooth mouth feel. The generous addition of Fuggle hops lends a tart bitterness to the dry espresso-like finish. This sessionable stout beer is filled with rich complex coffee aromas mingled with light liquorice notes. The combination of traditional stout hops with an extra pinch of roast barley allows us to stay true to Irish tradition, recreating a taste so often yearned for by stout drinkers.

Gouden Carolus Cuvée van de Keizer Imperial Dark was enriched by an infusion of Gouden Carolus Single Malt whisky. The result is a unique beer: powerful and full-bodied, with subtle touches of vanilla, oak and chocolate. An imperial brew to cherish and enjoy in moderation.

Straffe Hendrik Quadrupel, launched in 2010, is an intense beer, dark in colour and full in taste. The aroma is elegant, spicy and slightly roasted. The sophisticated blend of special kinds of malt give the beer a complex character, combining a delicate dryness with hints of coriander, dark fruits, anise and roasted chestnuts. The palate finishes in a syrupy taste. The refermentation in the bottle creates a living beer that will evolve over the years. Straffe Hendrik Quadrupel finds an excellent partner in chocolate when it comes to foodpairing.

Saison Dupont is a world classic beer and the yardstick for one of Belgium’s most important beer styles. It is the most admired AND imitated Saison in the world. A strong, vital yeast is key to full attenuation and thus to the style. Saison Dupont is straw colored with a dense creamy head. The nose is alive, like fresh raised bread, estery with citrus and spice notes. Full-bodied and malty, it sparkles on the palate and finishes with a zesty hop and citrus attack. Incredibly compatible with food!

A dark-brown Trappist ale with an ivory-coloured head. A fruity aroma with warm tones of vanilla, caramel and roasted chocolate. A classic Trappist ale with a full malty, caramel-sweet taste and the subtle, sweet influence of dates, honey and dried fruits. The aftertaste is sweet and slightly bitter.

Amber-coloured Trappist ale with a broken white head. A lovely combination of herbal, floral and fruity aromas. La Trappe Isid’or was first brewed in 2009 on the occasion of the 125th anniversary of The Koningshoeven Brewery. The harmonious taste starts off fruity and shifts to malty caramel. A perfectly balanced ale. The ale is named after Brother Isidorus, the abbey's first brewer. The aftertaste is pleasantly bitter.

A light-blond, organic, top-fermented Trappist ale with a sturdy collar. The aroma is characterised by the refreshing and fruity aromas of the yeast, combined with the flowery scent of citrus caused by the hops. Only organic ingredients were used when brewing this Skal-certified ale. The result is an accessible, refreshing and smooth Trappist ale with a pleasant bitterness and a mild, dry finish.

A characteristically Trappist ale with a warm amber colour and a cream-coloured head. The aroma is associated with clover and nuts, balanced by the sweet aromas of vanilla, raisins and banana. La Trappe Quadrupel is the heaviest of all the La Trappe Trappist ales and it is also the source for the name of this style. A full, heart-warming and intense taste. Malty with sweet tones of dates and caramel. The aftertaste is smooth and slightly bitter.

A golden blonde Trappist ale with a white head. Fruity aromas of peach and apricot combined with a floral aroma. La Trappe Tripel is a classic Trappist ale with a powerful and full flavour. In addition, this ale has a candy-sweet and light malty character. The aftertaste is bitter and slightly dry.

NOTE: The ABV-value of this beer varies, in the United States 6.9% is used. The Orval’s brewery produces only one beer to sell, a beer with a high fermentation that continues in the bottle. It is 6.2% ABV. This beer is brewed exclusively from spring water, barley malt, hop cones, candy sugar, and yeast. The aroma and the fine taste are due more to the hop cones and the yeast than to the malt that is used. What’s special about Orval’s beer is that hops are added at two different stages of the production process. First, in the brewing room, a large quantity of very fine hops are added – this produces the famous bitter taste and is the reason why the beer keeps for a longer period of time. Later, in the storage cellars, hops are once again added. This is the so-called British “dry hopping,” which produces the delightful aroma that completely enraptures even the most carefully forewarned taster. In the tasting room, Orval’s beer and cheese make a really good pair: the unique shape of the bottle and the glass, the design of the label, the coasters and other publicity materials – it’s all a legacy from the early 1930’s.

Dominant impressions of latte coffee with powerful chocolate aromas in the nose. The alcohol esters are enveloped with hints of autumn wood, citrus zest (orange, lemon) and freshly baked biscuits. The initial taste is sweetly sinful. Beer and chocolate trapped into one single glass, a liquid milky draught with a backbone of bitter malt. The alcohol warms the throat and, in the finish, you will pick up traces of cloves, citrus, orange and mocha. The heaviest of the Rochefort beers, the 10 is a quadrupel style beer and can be recognized by its blue label.

Full of flavor and with a strong pronounced character like our classics 6-8-10, the Tripel Extra stands out for its golden blond color, smoothness, hints of citrus and spicy aroma. Zundert 10 Trappist is een quadrupel met een licht kruidige toets die onze bieren kenmerkt. Dit trappistenbier is diep roodbruin van kleur, met een mooie, licht beige, schuimkraag. De geur geeft hints van gedroogde zuidvruchten, zwoele kruiden, drop en een beetje chocolade. De smaak is vol en zacht, in balans gebracht door een mooie hopbitterheid. In de nasmaak keert de Zundertse kruidigheid subtiel terug.

Tripel LeFort is a golden blonde beer of 8.8% ABV and sets itself apart through its crisp, fruity aroma and beautifully rounded full flavour. The top-fermenting yeast used for Tripel LeFort results in a beer with vanilla-clove aromas as well as a fruity taste of bananas and red apples. Pleasant hints of citrus, lime and roses make this into a balanced beer that is intriguingly complex at the same time.

A full-bodied, Amsterdam wheat beer that is dangerously ‘moreish’. Slightly cloudy, it has a beautiful golden colour and a soft, foamy head. When we brew IJwit, we use wheat malt as well as barley malt, which is also how the beer gets its name. The wheat malt gives the beer a delightful, fresh flavour, and the addition of coriander and lemon during the brewing process produces a rich aroma of banana, citrus and spices. Topped off by a fine, slightly sweet aftertaste, IJwit is a delicious thirst-quencher.

Our golden-yellow wheat beer, with its fine-pored white foam, smells of cloves and impresses consumers with its refreshing banana flavour. It is full bodied and with a smooth yeast taste. To be enjoyed at any time (always a pleasure / enjoyment), goes excellently with fish and seafood, with spicy cheese and especially with the traditional Bavarian veal sausage. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.

Our dark wheat beer is impressive with its creamy white foam. A fruity-fresh sweetness and hints of mature bananas harmonise with delicious flavours of roasted malt, sparkling and full-bodied with a light caramel taste on the first sip. bottling date: 07/10/2025 For this Oude Kriek Intens Rood, we macerated sour cherries for more than six months on old lambik. We then blended with some younger lambik just before bottling. The weighted average age of this fruit lambik upon bottling is more than 15 months while the final fruit intensity is more than 450 grams of cherries per litre of Intens Rood. All of the cereals for this Intens Rood have been sourced in Pajottenland. 100% 3 Fonteinen.

Rodenbach Alexander is a blend of 2/3rd aged Rodenbach (2 year matured beer from oak standing Foeders) and 1/3rd young ale, then macerated with sour cherries.

Inspired by the Dutch phrase “Appeltjes van Oranje,” meaning “Little Apples of Orange,” this vibrant fruited sour combines crisp apples and juicy orange for a zesty citrus sweetness and a refreshing finish.

Phi aged on red wine barrels (St-Emelion, Margeaux,Pomerol). A big barrel aged blond sour!

Duchesse de Bourgogne from Brouwerij Verhaeghe is the traditional Flemish red ale. This refreshing ale is matured in oak casks; smooth with a rich texture and interplay of passion fruit, and chocolate, and a long, dry and acidic finish. After the first and secondary fermentation, the beer goes for maturation into the oak barrels for 18 months. The final product is a blend of younger 8 months old beer with 18 months old beer. The average age of the Duchesse de Bourgogne before being bottled is 12 months.

Oude Geuze Boon is a monument of taste with an alcohol content of 7%. It’s a magnificent blend of 90% mild 18 month-old lambic, 5% strong 3 year-old beer and 5% very young lambic, which provides fermentable sugars and wild yeasts. All our beers are aged in oak casks, mixed in a vessel of 25,000 litres and chilled. Before bottling, we bring the mix to fermentation temperature. The bottles are then placed in an air-conditioned room, which leads to a secondary fermentation in the bottle. This is when the lambic becomes gueuze. After several months of aging in the bottle, the gueuze develops its delicate flavour. Want to know the bottling date? Simply subtract 20 years from the “best before” date! Taste carefully and you will uncover a fruity grapefruit and ginger flavour with a hint of Muscat grapes. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by the wholehearted body and the sublime finish – an explosion of Germanic and Romance cultures.

RODENBACH is the unique & original “Flanders Red Ale”, recognised as a traditional local product. Mixed main fermentation and maturation in oak casks (“foeders”) give it the same sweet-sour flavour and complex fruitiness as wine. RODENBACH consists of 3/4 young beer and 1/4 beer matured two years in oak. It's is highly refreshing and appetising: the perfect apéritif or session ale! Since 1821.

This is an aged Belgian red ale, which is ‘ripened quietly in oak barrels for two years’, according to the label. It has an extremely pungent aroma of rich grapey fruit, with acidic notes, very much like a slightly sour red wine or possibly a gueuze. In the mouth it is slightly sweet, extremely acidic and fruity, with grapes and even cherries discernible, and very lively. Despite the sweetness it is not at all cloying, even thin, with little or no trace of malt. Finish is sharp and fruity.

Together with our friends at Vault City in Scotland, we created this super fruity sour. Packed with raspberry, strawberry, blackberry, cherry and lemon, and with a bright sour kick. Basically, a popsicle found its way into a beer. Sweet, sour and destined to be stuck in your head. Slàinte!

Originally called "Ouden Tripel", this ancient West Flanders Brown beer has found a new élan as a regional specialty under its current name: "VanderGhinste Roodbruin". The main ingredients of our Vanderghinste Oud Bruin are malted barley, wheat, hops, water, and caramelized malts. These are used to brew a top-fermented beer. Blending this beer with lambic beer aged in oak for 18 months results in this specific West Flanders Brown beer. Its typical flavour is characterized by a well-balanced, hardly noticeable sourness. This first flavour impression is soon followed by a second pleasant discovery: a slight bitterness followed by a hint of sweetness.

From Brouwerij Verhaeghe is a traditional Flemish red-brown ale. This refreshing ale is matured in oak casks for a minimum of 8 months and bottled without any further blending. This traditional ale has a fruity sour oak notes and refreshing aftertaste. It is lively and layered with notes of Madeira, vanilla, oak and the acidity of a fresh apple. Fruity with a pleasant refreshing nish. Reddish malts and low bitterness spicy hops.

This is Vault City’s mixed fermentation base beer, the foundation of every sour we’ve brewed since 2018. Originally brewed for our brewery launch party, it showcasing our unique house mixed culture of lactobacillus and saccharomyces, delivering a refreshing tartness with layers of fruity esters and a zingy sherbet finish. A light dry-hop of Cashmere and Bramling complements the tartness with subtle hop character. This is where your journey into modern sour beer begins.

The third beer of our birthday celebration rewinds the clock back to 2020, with a tropical sour recipe from the depths of lockdown. This was one of the final beers we made when cuckoo brewing in Dundee, shortly before returning to our Edinburgh roots at our first ever dedicated brewery site. A vibrant blend of mandarin, mango and passionfruit pairs perfectly with our house mixed culture creating something unbelievably juicy and refreshing to the very last sip.

First brewed in 2021 from our old brewery in Portobello, this is the evolution of a sour IPA we’ve revisited countless times since the early days of Vault City. This time, we’ve taken a fan favourite and turned it up a notch, brewing a DIPA combining our mixed fermentation base beer with fresh lemon juice, zest and a triple dry-hop of New Zealand varieties amplifying notes of citrus, white grape and gooseberry.

Back by popular demand, this cult-favourite sour first created in 2022 returns with monstrous levels of indulgence. Loaded with a legendary medley of blackberries, rhubarb, strawberries, apples and raspberries, layered with maple syrup and vanilla over a single stack of breakfast waffles. Corsendonk Dubbel Kriek is a high density, fruity beer. Visually, Corsendonk Dubbel Kriek has a characteristic brown-purple color and a beautiful foam. On the nose and palate, the fragrant juice and natural cherry flavor dominate this sweet cherry beer.

Colour and sight: Deep dark red colour, with a light pink, compact and lacing head. Scent: Soft fruity aroma, with hints of almond and mildly sour cherries. Flavour: Sweet and fruity, with a nice balance between sweet and sour. An excellent dessert beer.

Duchesse RED is a top-fermented Flanders Red Ale matured in wine oak casks for several months and macerated with cherries. Featuring aromas of fruit with hints of almonds and light sour cherries, the taste is initially sweet and fruity and keeps the balance nicely with a refreshing aftertaste.

The appearance of this exceptional beer is matched only by its taste. Lindemans Framboise blends one-year-old lambic with delicious, ripe raspberries, providing a delicate fruity aroma, indulgent raspberry flavor and a beautiful dark pink colour.

Kasteel Tropical Twist is a cocktail beer made with Kasteel Tropical, infused with hints of almond and a refreshing touch of lime. The flavour profile takes on a playful twist, with mango, passion fruit, peach and pineapple blending harmoniously with subtle notes of amaretto. The finish is well-rounded and refreshingly tropical, making this cocktail beer particularly easy-drinking. Serve ice cold with a wedge of lime.

Fruity, cherry and red fruits

bottling date: 07/02/2024 For this second fully organic Cuvée Armand & Gaston, we blended one-, two- and three-year-old lambikken coming off five different barrels and not less than sixteen different brews. Almost sixty percent of the lambikken were three years old at least on the moment of bottling, rendering the weighted average age of this blend to more than 24 months. All of the cereals that we used were sourced within our own cereal collective, and 30% of those grains are heirloom land races.

bottle date: 22/05/2025 For this second and limited batch of Rabarber/Schaarbeekse, we blended a Schaarbeekse kriekenlambik that macerated for over a year, and a rhubarb lambik that macerated and matured on oak for over eighteen months. The weighted average age of this fruit lambik is over 22 months. The final fruit intensity of this blend is 472 grams of rhubarb and Schaarbeekse sour cherries combined per litre.

A fruity blond beer with an explosion of citrus, resulting from dry-hopping with the American hops breed Cascade. In order to maintain the hoppy aroma as much as possible, the beer isn’t filtered. It is slightly cloudy and has a snow white head. It is served in a robust, accompanying glass. At the first international Belgian beer contest, the Brussels Beer Challenge, Armand Ter Dolen won a gold medal. The beer was created in honour of Ter Dolen’s co-founder Armand Desplenter, the father of current director Mieke Desplenter.

HORAL Oude Geuze Megablend 2026 is a blend of 14 different lambics from 14 different producers: BOON - De Cam - De Troch - Den Herberg - Eylenbosch – Hanssens – Kestemont - Lambiek Fabriek – Lindemans – Mort Subite - Oud Beersel – Sako – Timmermans – Tilquin This beer has been specially made for the 15th edition in 2026 of the Toer de Geuze. Toer de Geuze is an openhouse event where all participating brewers and blenders open their doors to the public at the same time to celebrate the tradition of Oude Geuze together with everyone. All participating brewers and blenders are members and leaders of HORAL. HORAL is the main organisation behind Toer de Geuze. Bottled : 25 November 2025.

This 10th edition of our Oude Geuze Boon Black Label celebrates two remarkable milestones 10 years of Black Label Ouede Geuze - and perhaps even more special - the start of our anniversary year 2025, marking the 50th anniversary of our brewery. Cheers!

This Oude Geuze starts with 2-year-old Lambic and then matured for 18 months on rum casks. The wood still carries traces of rum, bringing hints of molasses, cane sugar and soft vanilla that weave naturally into the Lambic profile. After bottle refermentation, the finish is long and elegant with a warm, gently spiced touch.

IESSEL Cider is een droge, friszure craftcider met een klein prikkeltje. Een natuurcider gemaakt van 100% vers ongepasteuriseerd appelsap zonder toevoegingen. Geen extra suiker, geen sulfiet, hooguit een beetje gist of wild vergist. De eikengerijpte cider is minimaal 4 maanden gerijpt eiken wijnvaten afkomstig van Nederlandse wijnmakers.

Quince Naturel is fermented with crushed and pressed flowering quinces. After a long fermentation and secondary pressing, the cider is cold-matured and gentle bubbles are added before canning. It exhibits citrusy, floral, and tannic notes. The world’s best Estonian apples, combined with Nordic flowering quince, create a pleasantly tart bouquet. Fresh as a summer sunrise in Mukri bog.
