Our golden-yellow, alcohol-free wheat beer tastes like a premium wheat beer: tangy, fresh and full-bodied, with hints of cloves and honey as well as a fine yeasty spirit. The unique wheat beer taste is achieved by a method developed in collaboration with the Technical University of Munich-Weihenstephan: the top fermentation is not interrupted and the beer has time to mature, only after the maturation the alcohol is carefully withdrawn. It is a first-class thirst quencher after sports or a good companion to light summer dishes, sweet and sour dishes, or fruit sorbets. The Barbãr Bok is adorned with dark colours and a ruby reflection. It undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and merges the softness of honey with the strength of alcohol. The honey originates from Yucatan in Mexico and is hardly noticeable. In the brewery they maintain that the Barbãr does not taste of honey but when accompanied by a dish with added honey, the dish tastes of Barbãr. A splendid beer without compromise. In the beginning, it was only brewed in the winter and was called Barbãr Winter Bok. However, since 2008 the consumer decided otherwise. You can now also enjoy it in the summer to the great delight of lovers of brown beer. Since 2009, it has been marketed in 33 cl bottles with a swing-top cap highlighting the strong and ancient character of this beer.

A beer that has a dominant malty taste. This beer’s origins in a monk’s recipe are reflected in its heartiness. The Pope of Beers, Conrad Seidl, describes it as: “Almost black with a very slight red tone, a sensational, festive foam and truly extraordinary fragrance that at first summons up visions of greaves lard. The first taste is of mild fullness with an accompanying coffee tone, which becomes more dominant with the aftertaste. There is very little of the sweetness that is frequently to be tasted with doppelbock beer.” The Ayinger Celebrator has been ranked among the best beers of the world by the Chicago Testing Institute several times and has won numerous medals.

Meet Faam Bock, our take on the classic Bock, brewed specifically for those cold, wet autumn months. Expect layers of fresh bread crust, toasted malt, dark honey and subtle caramel, all wrapped up in a smooth, warming malt-forward finish. R.I.P. De Faam.

Experimental question: can we brew a beer that really captures the essence of the Scottish islands? The answer is this Peated Rye Bock. Inspired by local whiskies, we used peated malt for a gentle, smoky warmth. Velvet-smooth and creamy with light caramel and nutty notes. A belter of a brew!

Nevermind the bocks! Deze Punkbock zit net zo vol met smaak als je dumpstore armyjacket vol zit met handgemaakte permanent marker tekeningen. Enjoy! Oi oi oi oi!

Reynard de Vos, geïnspireerd door middeleeuwse verhalen, ontmoet de bokkenrijders in dit unieke bockbier. Met rijke, donkere kleuren en complexe smaken van geroosterde mout en vijgen, verweven met een subtiele hint van rozijnen, roept dit bier herinneringen op aan oude stadsfeesten. De ondergisting voegt een verfrissende noot toe die perfect past bij de herfst. Na maanden van rijping is Reynard de Bokkenrijder dit najaar perfect op dronk. Ideaal voor een gezellige avond of een herfstig feestje – dit bier is een ware metgezel voor het seizoen.

Slobberbok is een volmoutig 4-granen donker bokbier. Iets zoetig en caramelachtig van smaak met een heerlijk bittere afdronk. Lekker bij guur herfstweer.

Veldwachter (Constable) Bock. Bock beer as it used to be brewed in the old days. Powerful, slightly sweet, malty, with hints of caramel and roasted malt. Of a beautiful brown, ruby red color. Ingredients: Water, malted barley, hops and bottom-fermenting yeast Serving suggestion: Maallust Pint Glass Serving temperature: 6 to 8 degrees Celsius (42.8 to 46.4 degrees Fahrenheit)

Our Korbinian, the full-bodied, dark Doppelbock with light brown foam, wins beer-lovers over with a balance of fruity hints of plums and figs, a dark malt aroma - reminiscent of toffee, nuts and chocolate. Its roasted flavour goes well with smoked meat and fish as well as venison and poultry. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.

Averbode is een blond abdijbier dat gedryhopped is en met nagisting op fles.Het heeft een goudgele kleur met een fijne schuimkraag. Met geurige aroma's van bloemen, groene appels, zoetigheid en hop. Door de vier soorten hop komt er een hoppige smaak naar voren. Het palet is volmondig, moutzoetig en met een aangenaam hopkarakter. De afdronk is fris, vol en bitter.

Strong, Blond, Belgian. 8.5% Vol. CORNET is a blond Belgian beer with a unique taste: powerful yet soft, thanks to the addition of oak wood chips during the brewing process.

The allusion to pink elephants and the choice of names is not due to chance. With a particular character, the unique taste results from triple fermentation and the use of three different yeast strains. Sweet, biscuit malt backbone, supported by pleasant warmth and spice, finishes well rounded, floral, and dry. Color and Sight: Pale blond, the fine and regular sparkle creates a nice, stable foam head. Scent: Slightly malty, heavy touch of alcohol, spicy. Taste: A good shot of alcohol ignites in the mouth, as it were, which really warms the tongue and palate. The taste is also characterized by its roundness. The finish is strong, long and dry bitter.

Gouden Carolus Imperial Blond werd verrijkt met een infusie van Gouden Carolus Single Malt whisky, afkomstig uit een selectie van Anker-vaten. Het resultaat is uniek blond bier: kruidig en volmondig met toetsen van eikenhout en vanille. Een keizerlijk brouwsel om te koesteren.

Ze is een bedreven feestbeest die jou helpt de bloemetjes buiten te zetten en de avond uitbundig te kleuren. De Lellebel laat je zweven en zwieren. De eeuwige jeugd zit van binnen, dus haal eruit wat erin zit! ‘Oud worden kan altijd nog’ ----- Fresh and fruity blonde beer with a hint of wheat malt. Easy to drink with notes of citrus and tropical fruit on the nose and finish. Lel-le-bel - a genuine Mokum girl who will forever retain her voluptuous character and reckless youthfulness. The Lellebel makes you laugh and takes you everywhere. She is a skilled party animal who helps you paint the town red and color your evening with exuberance. The Lellebel lets you float and sway. Eternal youth is inside, so get the most out of it! “You can always grow old later.”

Brewery Het Anker decided to brew an easy drinkable city beer for the Mechelenians, still peppy enough in order to enjoy it to the fullest. We brew a heroic beer called Maneblusser. It’s a blond beer with an alcohol percentage of 6.2% vol. in which you can taste a subtle citrus aroma and a fine finish. Maneblusser is brewed according to the traditional method of high fermentation with refermentation in the bottle. The inspiration for this brew originates in the night of January 27th in the year 1687. The moon projected its reddish glow on Saint Rumbold’s tower, which was wrapped in a dense fog. “Fire, fire, the tower is on fire!” shouts the dreary voice of a drunken man. The alarm was sounded and people were making haste to help extinguish the so-called fire. Before the tower was reached, the moon slowly moved through the fog. From that moment on, the Mechelenians are called the Maneblussers or “Moonextinguishers”.

OMER. Traditional Blond is the result of 130 years of brewing tradition. Since 1892 the brewers are named Omer from father to son, now already for five generations. Top-fermented beer, refermented in the bottle. Characterised with a fine fruity aroma and a subtle bitterness

Corsendonk Pater Dubbel is a soft and top-fermented dark beer, refermented and aged in bottle to a lively sparkling beer with rich foam. This beer has caramelized malt on the nose with hints of ripe fruit. Mild on the palate with wellbalanced bitterness, hints of fruit, toasted bread, liquorice, coffee and caramel.

De Gouverneur Dubbel is een ongefilterd fluweelzacht en bitterzoet bier met karakter. Het gebruik van Tettnangerhop en gebrande karamelkleurige mout zorgt voor een diepe robijnrode kleur en unieke volle smaak. Gebrouwen met traditionele lange lagering, zorgvuldig geselecteerde natuurlijke ingrediënten en kristalzuiver water uit eigen bron.

LeFort is a complex, dark beer of 10° with a sweet and fruity touch. The pale and roasted, dark barley malts give the beer a perfect balance. The beer is lightly flavored with chocolate and caramel and the high fermentation gives a slight fruitiness. This results in a dark beer with a completely unique taste.

St.Bernardus Pater 6 is brewed according to the classic Dubbel style with a recipe that dates back to 1946. The name of this beer has become a reference for its style, and it is commonly referred to as ‘een Paterke' in Belgium, which is a Dutch nickname for a monk. St.Bernardus Pater 6 is a chestnut-brown, dark beer with a creamy head. Impressions of hazelnut and mocha lie at the basis of the mouth feel, which flows into a playful duel between the mild taste of dark candy sugar and a slightly toasted but dry grain character. Plenty of apple and pear aromas make their presence felt all the way to the slightly bitter aftertaste.

St.Bernardus Prior 8 is a traditional abbey beer and sometimes also referred to as a dark tripel. The original recipe dates back to the times when we still brewed under licence (1946-1992). Named ‘World’s Best Dark Belgian Style Dubbel’ on the World Beer Awards, in other words, the best Dubbel beer in the world. St.Bernardus Prior 8 is chestnut brown, emitting a deep red glow and presenting a lovely rounded head. The beer stands out with its fruity aroma, reminiscent of tree fruits like red apples, but complemented by exotic touches of figs and dates. The whole is rounded off perfectly by impressions of caramel and roast malt. The full taste is malty and fruity in equal measure and achieves the perfect balance between bitter and sweet.

This year we’re celebrating 11 years with Basajaun, our 11th anniversary beer. The name comes from one of the great figures of Basque mythology: Basajaun, lord of the forests and protector of nature and everything that lives within it. We’ve poured all our brewing know-how into this recipe. The base combines Heidelberg, oat and Chit malts with oat flakes. We added Krush and Mosaic in the whirlpool, together with Saturated yeast to push the hop expression even further. Then comes the dry hop, with Mosaic, Nectaron Cryo, Krush Cryo and Mosaic Hyperboost, taking the beer up to a hefty 25 g/L of hops. The result is big, juicy and seriously aromatic: mango, papaya and passion fruit, layered with ripe citrus and blueberries, plus a solid dank character running through all that fruit. A beer to celebrate what we’ve done so far and, above all, everything we still have left to brew.

A nod to our beginnings, with an old skool bitterness. FRENZY starts from a solid malty base, with hints of caramel giving body and memory to every sip. On top of that, a dry hop of Centennial, Mosaic and Cashmere unfolds a herbaceous, fruity profile that updates the classic without betraying it. An IPA that reminds us why we fell for the style.

Gouden Carolus Hopsinjoor completes the taste pallet of our Carolus beers. “Hopsinjoor” derived from “Opsinjoor”, the typical character of Mechelen and also because of the use of 5 different kinds of hops. These hops are fractioned at a different time during the cooking process in order to conserve a maximum of aroma. Concerning the taste, the Ale has a gentle taste with a slightly bitter finish. Gouden Carolus Hopsinjoor was launched in 2008 on the Zythos Beer Festival and hit the mark: the visitors elected it as best beer, bringing Het Anker “The Consumer’s trophy Zythos Beer Festival 2008”. The beer is bottled unfiltered in order to preserve the bitterness of the hop as much as possible.

The second official collaboration between Kundmüller and Fat Head's. This West Coast IPA was brewed with Simcoe, Warrior, Centennial, Mosaic, Equinox, Citra and Chinook hops - classic and caramel malts.

A strong and gluten-free IPA. This variant has been made with mosaic hops and has a pronounced mix of piney, tropical and citrussy hoppy aroma's.

This modern IPA uses a blend of simcoe, amarillo, and citra hops. It is a bit hazy, but not like a New England IPA that is totally opaque. Rather than trying to make the richest flavor on the planet, it has a good balance between drinkability and juicy flavor, in line with all your favorite current IPAs.

43 wins by KO. Rocky Marciano needs little introduction. We brewed a Triple IPA to match his style: high guard, heavyweight body and serious punch. Lager, wheat, oat, and chit malt together with oat flakes build a huge, full-bodied base that’s surprisingly soft and silky on the palate, the perfect platform for everything that follows. In the whirlpool, Ekuanot and Krush lay down the first layers of hop character. Then Citra Cryo and Mosaic Cryo pile in during the dry hop, cranking the intensity all the way up. Think ripe mango, peach syrup, gummy bears, and a generous hit of dankness. Big fruit, big hops, and massive flavour, backed by a softness and sweetness that dangerously disguise its punch. Powerful. Dense. Absolutely loaded with flavour.

Jopen Northsea IPA is an IPA (India Pale Ale) or, in old Dutch, a ‘Duraebel Scheepsbier’. These beers were extra strongly brewed and extra hopped so that they could be taken along on the long sea voyages to the Dutch East Indies (current-day Indonesia). Nowadays this type of beer is making a comeback because American brewers have breathed new life into this brewing style. This hoppy amber beer is named after the lake between the towns of Spaarndam and Haarlem, the Mooie Nel (literally: Beautiful Nel). The beer has received an extra hop addition to the tank after fermentation to give it a clear hop character. Silver medal winner Brussels beer Challenge 2014.

Contemporary style IPA with an Irish twist, combining the balance of European IPAs with the generous dry hopping of APAs, this beer is everything an IPA should be and more. Zesty and refreshingly bitter the finish is long. With a copper tone body and topped with a lightly carbonated head, the dry hopping brings an intense aroma and lasting array of fruit and floral notes.

A bold west coast style IPA with pine and citrus hop aromas, subtle, malt sweetness and refreshing bitterness. Brewed using hop varities that include Cascade and Mosaic leading to a bold fruity and refreshing IPA that is perfect for any occasion and guaranteed to satisfy any hop lovers taste buds.

Rich-tasting, low alcoholic lager, bitter and dry with a citrus-like fruitiness. Gluten free Passe Partout belongs to a new generation of low-alcoholic beers with great taste. Not only the use of richly used, excellent hops from America and New Zealand, but also the use of malt with low efficiency, provides the full mouthfeel and freshness. The perfect thirst quenching beer after work.

The Greatest Hop Minds in Haarlem came together to (re)create the caramel-toasted malt sweetness and deep copper color of our all-time favorite steam beer.

Gouden Carolus Ambrio is aromatically brewed according to the ancient recipe of the Mechelschen Bruynen. Ambrio is an 'amber' ale brewed with 'brio'. This white beer of high fermentation finds its origin in the traditional beer of the city of Mechelen. As each city had its own typical beer, the Mechelenians drunk their amber beer: "Mechelschen Bruynen" for hundreds of years. Our brewery is the only brewery that still brews this type of beer. According to the tradition the basic recipe of this beer dates from 1421 and is therefore the oldest beer from the brewery. The current version is slightly heavier than the original and finer hopped. The balance between the different malts, the fine hops and typical aromas with herbs ensure that this beer combines the whole-hearted nature of brown beers with the freshness of blonde beers. This flavored and spicy light brown tasting beer should be served fairly fresh. Refermentation in the bottle.

Gouden Carolus Classic, the ‘Grand Imperial Beer’ from Mechelen, is brewed with dark, very balanced dosed caramel and aromatic malts. This unique beer combines the warmth of wine and the freshness of beer. This makes it very suitable in combination with culinary specialties such as stews, pâtés, ripened or strong cheeses. Elected Worlds’ Best Dark Beer (World Beer Awards 2012).

A full bodied Irish red with a traditional hop flavour to balance a sweet malt finish

NB: The bottles currently in stores saying "Palm Retro" are also this entry. The beer is the same, it's just the labels that are in retro style. PALM Ale has long been one of Europe’s top-selling specialty beers. Made with English hops, French Barley, and Belgian yeast, PALM represents the best of European beer-making traditions. It’s the roasted Champagne Malt which gives PALM its amber color, but without being heavy. Also available bottle-conditioned as Palm Hergist. Sold as Palm outside of Europe.

Chica Chica Cumbia Paloma Ale is our new 'musicollab' with Chica Chica. They make the music, we brew the beer! Chica Chica is a sultry 4.7% Cumbia Paloma Ale with an authentic Latin vibe, brewed with rice, grapefruit, lime and Riwaka hops. ¡Que viva la cumbia!

This golden copper color ale is brewed, fermented, stored, filtered and bottled before receiving a final addition of brewer’s yeast to create a dry yet not bitter beer. Tempelier then continues to mature in the bottle, which naturally carbonates the beer. Later on, this carbonation creates a brilliant sparkle in the Tempelier glass.

Our Edel Pils exceeds the standard of lager in taste and quality. It has a full, fresh-fruity and quirky flavor by, among other things, its Meens stalk yeast and a balanced hops-malt aroma.

Alfa Krachtig Dort is inspired by the brewing tradition from Dortmund. This beer has a strong hop aroma and an excellent bouquet. We are committed to tradition: Krachtig Dort ages for months to a nicely balanced flavor.

The Caramel Fudge Series once again presents a true treat. This full-bodied stout was matured for 9 months in Cardhu whisky casks, developing soft notes of honey, vanilla and subtle oak. 4.3-4.8% abv. Malted barley, oats. The equivalent to Table Beer in our range of stouts and porters. Not brewed to 'dry stout'-style, per se, but a stout that is dry. The flagship of the O’Hara’s brand, this uniquely Irish stout brings one back to how Irish stouts used to taste. First brewed in 1999, it has since been awarded prestigious honours for its quality and authenticity. O’Hara’s Irish Stout has a robust roast flavour complemented by a full-bodied and smooth mouth feel. The generous addition of Fuggle hops lends a tart bitterness to the dry espresso-like finish. Gouden Carolus Cuvée van de Keizer Imperial Dark was enriched by an infusion of Gouden Carolus Single Malt whisky. The result is a unique beer: powerful and full-bodied, with subtle touches of vanilla, oak and chocolate. An imperial brew to cherish and enjoy in moderation.

Saison Dupont is a world classic beer and the yardstick for one of Belgium’s most important beer styles. It is the most admired AND imitated Saison in the world. A strong, vital yeast is key to full attenuation and thus to the style. Saison Dupont is straw colored with a dense creamy head. The nose is alive, like fresh raised bread, estery with citrus and spice notes. Full-bodied and malty, it sparkles on the palate and finishes with a zesty hop and citrus attack. Incredibly compatible with food!

A dark-brown Trappist ale with an ivory-coloured head. A fruity aroma with warm tones of vanilla, caramel and roasted chocolate. A classic Trappist ale with a full malty, caramel-sweet taste and the subtle, sweet influence of dates, honey and dried fruits. The aftertaste is sweet and slightly bitter.

Amber-coloured Trappist ale with a broken white head. A lovely combination of herbal, floral and fruity aromas. La Trappe Isid’or was first brewed in 2009 on the occasion of the 125th anniversary of The Koningshoeven Brewery. The harmonious taste starts off fruity and shifts to malty caramel. A perfectly balanced ale. The ale is named after Brother Isidorus, the abbey's first brewer. The aftertaste is pleasantly bitter.

A characteristically Trappist ale with a warm amber colour and a cream-coloured head. The aroma is associated with clover and nuts, balanced by the sweet aromas of vanilla, raisins and banana. La Trappe Quadrupel is the heaviest of all the La Trappe Trappist ales and it is also the source for the name of this style. A full, heart-warming and intense taste. Malty with sweet tones of dates and caramel. The aftertaste is smooth and slightly bitter.

A golden blonde Trappist ale with a white head. Fruity aromas of peach and apricot combined with a floral aroma. La Trappe Tripel is a classic Trappist ale with a powerful and full flavour. In addition, this ale has a candy-sweet and light malty character. The aftertaste is bitter and slightly dry.

NOTE: The ABV-value of this beer varies, in the United States 6.9% is used. The Orval’s brewery produces only one beer to sell, a beer with a high fermentation that continues in the bottle. It is 6.2% ABV. This beer is brewed exclusively from spring water, barley malt, hop cones, candy sugar, and yeast. The aroma and the fine taste are due more to the hop cones and the yeast than to the malt that is used. What’s special about Orval’s beer is that hops are added at two different stages of the production process. First, in the brewing room, a large quantity of very fine hops are added – this produces the famous bitter taste and is the reason why the beer keeps for a longer period of time. Later, in the storage cellars, hops are once again added. This is the so-called British “dry hopping,” which produces the delightful aroma that completely enraptures even the most carefully forewarned taster. In the tasting room, Orval’s beer and cheese make a really good pair: the unique shape of the bottle and the glass, the design of the label, the coasters and other publicity materials – it’s all a legacy from the early 1930’s.

Corsendonk Agnus Tripel is a spicy top-fermented blond beer, also refermented in the bottle and matured into a lively sparkling beer with a spicy bouquet and hopped aftertaste.

Tripel LeFort is a golden blonde beer of 8.8% ABV and sets itself apart through its crisp, fruity aroma and beautifully rounded full flavour. The top-fermenting yeast used for Tripel LeFort results in a beer with vanilla-clove aromas as well as a fruity taste of bananas and red apples. Pleasant hints of citrus, lime and roses make this into a balanced beer that is intriguingly complex at the same time.

This Triple Weizen is full of flavour, yet remains surprisingly smooth to drink. Nelson Sauvin brings fresh notes of white grapes, whilst Citra and Cascade add citrus, tropical fruit and a hint of floral notes. The malty wheat gives the beer a creamy character and a fresh, fruity finish that remains beautifully balanced.

A full-bodied, Amsterdam wheat beer that is dangerously ‘moreish’. Slightly cloudy, it has a beautiful golden colour and a soft, foamy head. When we brew IJwit, we use wheat malt as well as barley malt, which is also how the beer gets its name. The wheat malt gives the beer a delightful, fresh flavour, and the addition of coriander and lemon during the brewing process produces a rich aroma of banana, citrus and spices. Topped off by a fine, slightly sweet aftertaste, IJwit is a delicious thirst-quencher.

Our golden-yellow wheat beer, with its fine-pored white foam, smells of cloves and impresses consumers with its refreshing banana flavour. It is full bodied and with a smooth yeast taste. To be enjoyed at any time (always a pleasure / enjoyment), goes excellently with fish and seafood, with spicy cheese and especially with the traditional Bavarian veal sausage. bottling date: 07/10/2025 For this Oude Kriek Intens Rood, we macerated sour cherries for more than six months on old lambik. We then blended with some younger lambik just before bottling. The weighted average age of this fruit lambik upon bottling is more than 15 months while the final fruit intensity is more than 450 grams of cherries per litre of Intens Rood. All of the cereals for this Intens Rood have been sourced in Pajottenland. 100% 3 Fonteinen.

Rodenbach Alexander is a blend of 2/3rd aged Rodenbach (2 year matured beer from oak standing Foeders) and 1/3rd young ale, then macerated with sour cherries.

Inspired by the Dutch phrase “Appeltjes van Oranje,” meaning “Little Apples of Orange,” this vibrant fruited sour combines crisp apples and juicy orange for a zesty citrus sweetness and a refreshing finish.

PListing is the US brewed (Great South Bay) single version. Peanut butter jelly lassi gose ale brewed with peanut butter, lactose sugar, and strawberry raspberry jam.

Duchesse de Bourgogne from Brouwerij Verhaeghe is the traditional Flemish red ale. This refreshing ale is matured in oak casks; smooth with a rich texture and interplay of passion fruit, and chocolate, and a long, dry and acidic finish. After the first and secondary fermentation, the beer goes for maturation into the oak barrels for 18 months. The final product is a blend of younger 8 months old beer with 18 months old beer. The average age of the Duchesse de Bourgogne before being bottled is 12 months.

There are several stories to explain the origin of the term 'gueuze'. This name dates back to the Rue de Gueuze in Brussels where, for the first time, a producer offered his delicious lambic in champagne bottles. Word about the 'lambick on Rue de Gueuze' quickly got around. According to other sources, gueuze has its roots in 'gazeux' - the French word for carbonated - since traditional gueuze is a carbonated blend of different lambics. After the Second World War, some lambic brewers devised a new production method. They filtered the beer, added sugar, saturated it (with carbon dioxide) and pasteurised it. This new gueuze, closed with a bottle cap and available in 25 cl bottles, was called capped gueuze. Developed according to this production method, Gueuze Lindemans is a slightly sweeter version of Oude Gueuze Cuvée René.

Oude Geuze Boon is a monument of taste with an alcohol content of 7%. It’s a magnificent blend of 90% mild 18 month-old lambic, 5% strong 3 year-old beer and 5% very young lambic, which provides fermentable sugars and wild yeasts. All our beers are aged in oak casks, mixed in a vessel of 25,000 litres and chilled. Before bottling, we bring the mix to fermentation temperature. The bottles are then placed in an air-conditioned room, which leads to a secondary fermentation in the bottle. This is when the lambic becomes gueuze. After several months of aging in the bottle, the gueuze develops its delicate flavour. Want to know the bottling date? Simply subtract 20 years from the “best before” date! Taste carefully and you will uncover a fruity grapefruit and ginger flavour with a hint of Muscat grapes. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by the wholehearted body and the sublime finish – an explosion of Germanic and Romance cultures.

RODENBACH is the unique & original “Flanders Red Ale”, recognised as a traditional local product. Mixed main fermentation and maturation in oak casks (“foeders”) give it the same sweet-sour flavour and complex fruitiness as wine. RODENBACH consists of 3/4 young beer and 1/4 beer matured two years in oak. It's is highly refreshing and appetising: the perfect apéritif or session ale! Since 1821.

This is an aged Belgian red ale, which is ‘ripened quietly in oak barrels for two years’, according to the label. It has an extremely pungent aroma of rich grapey fruit, with acidic notes, very much like a slightly sour red wine or possibly a gueuze. In the mouth it is slightly sweet, extremely acidic and fruity, with grapes and even cherries discernible, and very lively. Despite the sweetness it is not at all cloying, even thin, with little or no trace of malt. Finish is sharp and fruity.

Smooth Criminals: Perenijs is inspired by the nostalgic Dutch perenijs creamsicle, combining ripe pear, banana, and creamy vanilla-like softness. The combination of juicy pear and subtle tropical banana creates a bright, refreshing balance of fruity sweetness and gentle tartness, evoking the unmistakable character of this beloved frozen treat. Banana is used purely for thickness, enhancing the body with a rich, smoothie-like texture, while lactose rounds everything out with a soft, creamy finish.

Smooth Criminals: Strawberry Cola is inspired by a nostalgic Spanish ice cream classic, combining ripe strawberries, sweet cola, and creamy vanilla. The combination of juicy strawberry and refreshing cola creates a vibrant balance of fruity sweetness and subtle spice, recreating the unmistakable character of the beloved frozen treat. Vanilla rounds out the flavor with a soft, creamy finish, while lactose and ice cream mix enhances the body with a thick ice cream texture.

Originally called "Ouden Tripel", this ancient West Flanders Brown beer has found a new élan as a regional specialty under its current name: "VanderGhinste Roodbruin". The main ingredients of our Vanderghinste Oud Bruin are malted barley, wheat, hops, water, and caramelized malts. These are used to brew a top-fermented beer. Blending this beer with lambic beer aged in oak for 18 months results in this specific West Flanders Brown beer. Its typical flavour is characterized by a well-balanced, hardly noticeable sourness. This first flavour impression is soon followed by a second pleasant discovery: a slight bitterness followed by a hint of sweetness.

From Brouwerij Verhaeghe is a traditional Flemish red-brown ale. This refreshing ale is matured in oak casks for a minimum of 8 months and bottled without any further blending. This traditional ale has a fruity sour oak notes and refreshing aftertaste. It is lively and layered with notes of Madeira, vanilla, oak and the acidity of a fresh apple. Fruity with a pleasant refreshing nish. Reddish malts and low bitterness spicy hops.

This is Vault City’s mixed fermentation base beer, the foundation of every sour we’ve brewed since 2018. Originally brewed for our brewery launch party, it showcasing our unique house mixed culture of lactobacillus and saccharomyces, delivering a refreshing tartness with layers of fruity esters and a zingy sherbet finish. A light dry-hop of Cashmere and Bramling complements the tartness with subtle hop character. This is where your journey into modern sour beer begins.

Duchesse Cherry is a blend of 1 and 2 year-old Duchesse de Bourgogne with local, sour cherries added to the maturing beer. The malt beverage is aged in oak casks, and utilizing whole cherries from the Limburg region of Belgium, as opposed to cherry syrup that is sometimes used in cherry beer production, Duchesse Cherry truly lives up to its name.

The appearance of this exceptional beer is matched only by its taste. Lindemans Framboise blends one-year-old lambic with delicious, ripe raspberries, providing a delicate fruity aroma, indulgent raspberry flavor and a beautiful dark pink colour.

Kasteel Tropical Twist is a cocktail beer made with Kasteel Tropical, infused with hints of almond and a refreshing touch of lime. The flavour profile takes on a playful twist, with mango, passion fruit, peach and pineapple blending harmoniously with subtle notes of amaretto. The finish is well-rounded and refreshingly tropical, making this cocktail beer particularly easy-drinking. Serve ice cold with a wedge of lime.

bottling date: 07/02/2024 For this second fully organic Cuvée Armand & Gaston, we blended one-, two- and three-year-old lambikken coming off five different barrels and not less than sixteen different brews. Almost sixty percent of the lambikken were three years old at least on the moment of bottling, rendering the weighted average age of this blend to more than 24 months. All of the cereals that we used were sourced within our own cereal collective, and 30% of those grains are heirloom land races.

bottle date: 22/05/2025 For this second and limited batch of Rabarber/Schaarbeekse, we blended a Schaarbeekse kriekenlambik that macerated for over a year, and a rhubarb lambik that macerated and matured on oak for over eighteen months. The weighted average age of this fruit lambik is over 22 months. The final fruit intensity of this blend is 472 grams of rhubarb and Schaarbeekse sour cherries combined per litre.

The "Grande Réserve Barrique" barrel fermented is an exceptional beer that benefits from triple fermentation and extended maturing in barrels, unfiltered, unpasteurized, this beer has an incomparable rounded, wooden flavour. Bourbon barrel aged

Every year on the 24th of February, we celebrate the birth of Charles Quint. Therefore we brew a special beer in limited edition called Gouden Carolus Cuvée van de Keizer Imperial Dark (‘Grand Cru of the Emperor’). This exceptional ale ages well, developing a refined complexity and intense aromas. With powerful notes of roasted malts, caramel and plums, its surprisingly soft and fruity aroma combines a warm roundness with a refreshing taste. It is imperially crowned with a cork so it can be preserved for a long period of time at a constant cellar temperature of 12° C (54°F). An imperial beer to cherish and enjoy in moderation.

Gouden Carolus Indulgence is een gelimiteerde serie bieren die jaarlijks met wisselende inhoud worden uitgebracht. Symposium is de 12e smaak-expressie uitgegeven onder dit label. Symposium, afgeleid van het Griekse symposion (συμπόσιον), betekent letterlijk “samen drinken”. Oorspronkelijk was het een bijeenkomst waar mensen samenkwamen om gedachten te delen, te discussiëren en te genieten. Dit bier ontstond in diezelfde geest: een dubbele gisting met de gisten van Gouden Carolus en Delirium Tremens, als symbolische samensmelting van beide brouwerijen.

Toer de Geuze is an openhouse event where all participating brewers and blenders open their doors to the public at the same time to celebrate the tradition of Oude Geuze together with everyone. All participating brewers and blenders are members and leaders of HORAL. HORAL is the main organisation behind Toer de Geuze. Bottled : 25 November 2025.

This 10th edition of our Oude Geuze Boon Black Label celebrates two remarkable milestones 10 years of Black Label Ouede Geuze - and perhaps even more special - the start of our anniversary year 2025, marking the 50th anniversary of our brewery. Cheers!

This Oude Geuze starts with 2-year-old Lambic and then matured for 18 months on rum casks. The wood still carries traces of rum, bringing hints of molasses, cane sugar and soft vanilla that weave naturally into the Lambic profile. Westmalle Dubbel is a dark, reddish-brown Trappist beer with a secondary fermentation in the bottle. The creamy head has the fragrance of special malt and leaves an attractive lace pattern in the glass. The flavour is rich and complex, herby and fruity with a fresh-bitter finish. It is a balanced quality beer with a soft feel in the mouth and a long, dry aftertaste. The Dubbel contains 7% alcohol.

Geen extra suiker, geen sulfiet, hooguit een beetje gist of wild vergist. De eikengerijpte cider is minimaal 4 maanden gerijpt eiken wijnvaten afkomstig van Nederlandse wijnmakers.
